Westport F.D. to Host Informational Flood Meeting
The Westport Fire Department will be hosting an informational meeting Tuesday with Douglas Glowacki, an Emergency Management Program Specialist from the State of Connecticut.
Homeowners that have been affected by severe flooding and have questions about repetitive loss, or are interested in applying for a Hazard Mitigation Grant (HMPG) should attend the meeting.
The meeting will take place at on September 13th starting at 6:00 PM and should last approximately two hours. Additional meetings will be scheduled in the near future.
Homeowners unable to attend are encouraged to call Fire Headquarters at (203) 341-5000 after Tuesday’s meeting for additional information.
