Jonathan Wiegand, 28, of Westport, was charged with possession of marijuana, illegal sale of marijuana, illegal sale of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school and sale of a controlled substance on Jan. 15 at approximately 11:50 a.m.
According to police, Wiegand was arrested after a lengthy investigation by the Westport Detective Bureau into him selling narcotics in Westport. Wiegand was arrested on Riverside Avenue in Westport.
Wiegand bond was set at $20,000 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Jan. 27.
