Westport Man Charged With Six Counts of Credit Card Theft

Sean Kosmicki, 20, of 10 Lockwood Circle, Westport, was charged Oct. 11 with second-degree assault, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct and six counts of credit card theft. Kosmicki was arrested at his home for an assault on a family member. When the officers first arrived he ran out of the house, but was apprehended. When he was taken into custody and transported to , his property was inventoried and several credit cards that did not belong to him were in his possession and later found to be reported stolen. He was unable to post bond and was arraigned Oct. 12 in Norwalk Superior Court.  

Shaun Jarrett, 31, of 11 Rae Lane, Norwalk, was charged Oct. 11 with sale of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (less than four ounces of marijuana).
