Westport police were sent on Nov. 16 to check on 22-year-old Tyler Connelly Healy at his 35 Spicer Road home after he allegedly made threatening remarks to family members, police said.
Healy subsequently was located behind a dumpster at Cumberland Farms. When police officers attempted to talk to Healy, he became combative and spat at an officer, police said.
After Healy was taken into custody he became confrontational and spat at officers again, according to the arrest report. He was transported to Bridgeport Hospital and was not charged at the time.
