responded to a local address for a noise complaint, and upon arrival officers found a party with underage youths and alcohol present, police said.
The investigation determined that 18-year-old Ryan Lach, of Westport, supplied alcohol at the party, according to police.
Lach was issued a misdemeanor summons for liquor sales and was released on a promise to appear in court July 9.
