After a dispute regarding a lost credit card at shortly after 10:00 p.m. Sunday, the owner’s son stepped in to intervene and was assaulted.
charged 30-year-old Christopher Monks, of 48 Clark Street, New Haven, with third-degree assault (minor injury or intent to cause injury) and breach of peace after they responded to the restaurant located at 260 Compo Road South.
He posted $500 bond and is due in court June 27.
