Westport Teen Jailed for Threatening Family Member

The teen was unable to post $50,000 bond and was held overnight until his arraignment.

 

Westport police responded Saturday to the Stamford Police Department to pick up the suspect who was being held on a warrant for violating a protective order by allegedly threatening and harassing the family member who had the order against him, police said.

Westport police charged 19-year-old Jonathan Loeser, of 7 Bonnie Brook Road, Westport, with a criminal violation of a protective order, according to an arrest report.

Loeser was unable to post $50,000 bond and was held overnight until his arraignment at Norwalk Superior Court, police said.
