Westport Woman Charged With Assault
24-year-old allegedly assaulted a person and damaged a home on Main Street in Westport.
Gabriele Hammond, 24, of Westport, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct on Oct. 20 at approximately 3:15 a.m.
According to police, officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on Main Street in Westport and after an investigation charged Hammond with assault. She was also charged with criminal mischief due to property damage she allegedly caused inside the residence.
Hammond was released on $2,500 bond and is schedule to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Oct. 21.
