A Southbury woman was arrested Monday night after a Westport police officer learned that she had an active arrest warrant, according to a police report.
The woman was stopped on Kings Highway North for a motor vehicle violation, police said.
Kathleen Douglas, 43, was charged with failure to pay or plead because of an alleged incident that occurred in Southbury, police said.
Douglas was taken into custody and later released after posting a $125 bond. She is schedule to appear in State Superior Court in Waterbury May 23.
