Woodbury Man Arrested for Entering Former Girlfriend's Residence Through Window

Westport police reports: Nov. 22-28.

Christie Gray, 36, of Bridgeport, was charged Nov. 22 with fourth-degree larceny. Gray was served an arrest warrant at Norwalk Superior Court for an incident that occurred in June 2011 where Gray allegedly opened an account at a local bank using a bad check. She was held at court pending her arraignment and issued a $5,000 bond. 

Gerardo Forgione, 40, of 44 Richmondville Avenue, Westport, was charged Nov. 23 with disorderly conduct. Forgione had a domestic dispute that occurred with his roommate. He signed the summons at the scene to appear in court Nov. 23.

Thomas Zukauskas, 40, of 126 Sherman Hill, Woodbury, was charged Nov. 23 with second-degree trespassing and disorderly conduct. Zukauskas apparently entered his former girlfriend’s apartment while she was home by climbing through an open window. He was taken into custody and later released after posting a $500 bond for court Nov. 25.

Anita Lopker, 56, of 18 Burr Road, Westport, was charged Nov. 23 with DUI. The accused was observed traveling east on Post Road East at an extremely low rate of speed. The general rate of travel was between 15-20 MPH in a posted 35 MPH zone. When stopped, the officer could detect an odor of an alcohol on her breath. She failed the field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. She submitted to a urine test and was later released after posting a $500 bond for court Dec. 8.

James Nissenson, 39, and Dorian Nissenson, 41, both of 7 Black Birch Road, Westport with disorderly conduct Nov. 27. James was also charged with interfering with an emergency call. Officers responded to the Nissenson residence after police received numerous, successive 911 calls and hang-ups. There was a domestic dispute between husband and wife, where the wife wanted to call the police and her husband did not want her to do so. They fought over possession of the phone, the reason police received multiple calls and hang-ups. Mr. Nissenson was taken into custody and later released after posting bond. Mrs. Nissenson signed the summons at the scene to promise to appear in court.
