Westport Resident Endorses Lasersohn, Pincavage & Rea

I urge all Westporters to vote on November 8 for Tom Lasersohn, John Pincavage and Mike Rea, the Republican candidates for Board of Finance. 

There is no doubt the upcoming election is critical to the financial future of Westport.  Under the current Democrat administration, financial incompetence and mismanagement has resulted in a $40 million - $70 million mistake in calculating the future retiree medical benefit liability.  

For taxpayers, this is a ticking time-bomb that will result in higher taxes, cuts in services, or both.  This calamity happened in part because the Democrats control all the boards and commissions in town and they are failing to provide the necessary checks and balances for the grossly incompetent Joseloff Administration. 

I urge all Westporters to restore accountability and fiscal responsibility by ending one-party rule in Westport.  Vote for Tom Lasersohn, John Pincavage and Mike Rae, candidates with real financial expertise who will protect Westport's taxpayers and our town's future.
