The Westport Fire Department will be hosting an informational meeting with Gemma Fabris, Deputy State Hazard Mitigation Officer, from Connecticut’s Division of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, on Monday, Sept. 9.
Homeowners who have been affected by severe flooding and may have questions about repetitive loss or are interested in applying for a Hazard Mitigation Grant (HMPG) should attend.
The meeting will take place in the auditorium at Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, on Sept. 9 at 6 p.m.. Homeowners unable to attend are encouraged to call Michele Onofrio at (203) 341-5024 after the Sept. 9 meeting for additional information.
