JoyRide Celebrates First Anniversary with Live Music and Rocking Indoor Cycling Classes

Marking one year of high-energy, calorie-torching and whole-body workouts, JoyRide Cycling Studio in Westport will celebrate their first anniversary on Saturday, June 16 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.  The festivities will begin at 7 a.m. when Mackenzie Pretty will offer her popular Tabata cycling class, a high-intensity, interval workout that offers remarkable fitness and weight loss results.  ThirdGear, JoyRide’s in-house band, kicks the energy level up another notch by playing live music during Rhodie Lorenz’s CycleLIVE classes at 8:45 and 10 a.m.  At 11:30 a.m., Mo Prester and Peter Gonzalez keep the "party on a bike" rolling with a rocking playlist and their unwavering enthusiasm.

Throughout the morning, riders can refuel on healthy breakfast treats by Westport’s own Nothin’ But.  Stop by for exciting raffle prizes for discounts on JoyRide packages to continue the non-stop fun at JoyRide!
