Westport TARGETRAINING’s First Triathlon

Gather at the starting line on Sunday June 19th at 6:30am for the inaugural TARGETRAINING Sherwood Island Sprint Triathlon race held at beautiful Sherwood Island State Park in Westport, CT (1 Sherwood Island Rd). A half-mile swim in the Sound followed by a 13 mile bike course through Westport's beachside communities will finish with a 3.1 mile run in the state park. Sherwood Island, Connecticut's oldest state park with some of the best beaches on the Long Island Sound, is a great spot for the whole family to come for the race and stay all day.
