Trumbull's St. Joseph's Cadets beat the Wreckers 4 - 3 during an afternoon baseball game at Staples High School.
The Wreckers scored their third run of the game after the Cadet's pitcher overthrew a ball to the third baseman in attempt to pick off a Wreckers runner in the fifth inning. (VIDEO)
The Cadets, who were ranked 19th in the state, move to 10 - 2, according to MaxPreps.com.
The Wreckers fall to 7 - 6 following the loss.
