Spring practice begins Monday for the Staples teams. The Wreckers had a highly successful spring last year. The boys lacrosse team went undefeated in the regular season before losing to Fairfield Prep in the semifinals, the baseball team earned the top seed for the FCIAC playoffs and the girls lacrosse team lost to Fairfield Ludlowe in the state finals.
