Who is your hero and why?

I started swimming competitively on the [Westport Family Y] WRATS at age 5 and then at age 12 moved club swim teams to train at the Wilton YMCA.

You set three school records this year as a freshman. What do these awards mean to you?

Having these records is an honor and I'm so glad that through my hard work I was not only able to do well for myself, but contribute to my fantastic team.

What are your goals for the future, both for the team and yourself?

Goals for the future individually include Junior national cuts and possibly the Olympic trials. Team wise, I wish that every swimmer improves over the season and come time for championships, the team's hard work will pay off.
