Olympian McLain Ward Wins Grand Prix
Riding his horse, Vocas, Ward sped past all other riders and captured the grand prize.
Two-time Olympic gold medalist McLain Ward of Brewster, N.Y., and his horse, Vocas, won the $25,000 Grand Prix event at the Fairfield County Hunt Club's June Benefit Horse Show in Westport on Saturday.
Proceeds from the horse show go toward the Equus Foundation which is dedicated to the educating the public on the value of horses in society.
