Glorious EV Rally

The first annual Westport Electric Car Club EV Road Rally was a resounding success. The number of electric vehicles participating in the rally exceeded our expectations at 33. The breakdown by vehicle type: Tesla S - 12 Chevy Volt - 7 Nissan Leaf - 4 Prius Plug-In - 3 Ford C-Max Energi - 2 Smart Car - 2 Fisker Karma - 1 BMW Active E - 1 Tesla Roadster - 1 It was a day of glorious sunshine and great fun. Membership in the Westport Electric Car Club is open to anyone with an interest in vehicle electrification. It is not required that a member own an EV.
