Owner and celebrity TV chef Bill Taibe opened leFarm in early fall of 2009, and by October, was cooking up his signature roast pork belly with acorn squash on <i>Today</i> show. A white-painted barn ambiance is the backdrop for hearty dishes prepared from local farm meat and produce, and artisanal sources.
