Via Sforza Trattoria is an architectural marvel: its exterior is constructed of stones and brick that could well be the polished rubble of the Roman Empire. Inside, the atmosphere of a rustic tavern in the Italian countryside is enveloping. Antique wine presses, wine barrels and hand-painted dishes decorate the walls. Owner Dino Sforza is executive chef of this lovely and distinctive gem.
