Community Cats, Inc. is a new nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization comprised solely of dedicated volunteers. Our volunteers have experience spaying and neutering hundreds of feral and stray cats living outdoors in Stamford, Connecticut. Although a new organization, we have already made a huge difference in many Stamford neighborhoods. While it is true that our mission and focus is targeted, systematic spay/neuter, block by block and street by street, we often come across kittens born outside and stray cats who are friendly. We believe that the responsible thing is to seek homes for these cats and, to this end, we maintain an adoption program. We do not have a shelter - all of our foster cats receive a lot of love and attention in our homes. Because they are in our homes, we know them well, and we invite you to take a look at our fabulous foster felines!
