Donna Smirniotopoulos, Neighbor

I'm a Westport resident of 22 years, seventeen of them dedicated to community service. This spring my third of three children will graduate from Staples High School, and I'm anxious to prove to those kids that I'm good for more than rides and sandwiches. To that end, I've begun writing in earnest (as opposed to writing in jest), and have a giant crick in my neck to prove it. When I'm not writing, I'm conjuring other physical ailments as a result of walking 110 pounds worth of bulldog moving in three directions. I may not be much to look at, but the dogs are conversation pieces.
