Liz Hoffmann, Executive Coach, Neighbor

Liz Hoffmann (Atlas Coaching LLC) is a successful Executive and Personal Coach who works with clients in her Fairfield Center office.  Liz has expertise in health and wellness, career optimization and transition, managing change, and in helping individuals to find the balance between their personal care taking and their family and professional commitments.

Liz began her career in Corporate America.  She has held senior marketing and sales management positions at Nabisco Brands and Unilever, was VP of Sales at CBS and New Business Director at ABC/Disney. 

Liz has a BA in philosophy from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia, where she earned full-academic scholarships.  Liz is a Certified Professional Coach and participates in ongoing coaching studies at The Harvard Medical School.  Liz is a published authority on Coaching for Change, a graduate of The Disney Leadership Institute and Scottworks Corporate Negotiating Programs.  She was a volunteer elected town official in Fairfield and has taught courses to adults at Fairfield Continuing Education.   Liz is an avid swimmer and sports enthusiast, and has a personal commitment to help all individuals to find more contentment in daily life both professionally and personally.
