Paul Epstein, ND, Neighbor

I am a naturopathic physician, mind-body therapist, mindfulness meditation teacher, author and international speaker.  I have lived in the Westport area for the past 29 years and have been in private practice specializing in mind-body integrative medicine.  I love to kayak, bike ride, hike, cross country ski and play golf.  Longshore park and golf course, the Long Isand Sound, and Compo Beach are my second home.  For some 10 years I have been teaching an on ongoing mind-body health class at the Westport Center for Senior Activiites.  I was also the founder and teacher for the Insight Meditation Community of Fairfield County and have been teaching classes at continuing education throughout the county ... in Greenwich, Norwalk, Wilton, Fairfield and Stamford CE.  My book is titled  "Happiness Through Meditation".
