Henning Seip, President and Co-Founder of SkillPROOF, Inc. will Discuss Krazoom, an Advanced Job Search System that Works by Matching Job Seeker Skills rather than Keywords

June 22, 2013 -- The Mondays @ 7 Group will sponsor a presentation by Henning
Seip on June 24th, 2013. Job searching on job
boards, corporate websites and social media sites is based on keyword
searching. Given the fact that the average job has 20 requirements, the chances
of coming up with all 20 words related to a specific job are almost
non-existent.  That’s why Henning
developed an internet-based job search system named Krazoom which matches jobs
available with a job seeker’s skill set.

With Krazoom, a job seeker
will read only job descriptions that match his/her background, saving time, and
optimizing his/her résumé to boost job interview potential while eliminating the
“black hole.” Automating the job search process with Krazoom is definitely an
advantage.

Mr. Seip founded SkillPROOF, Inc. in
response to the need for better statistical information about local, national,
and global job markets and skills needed by employers. SkillPROOF's
publications supplement labor information provided by the Bureau of Labor
Statistics. Henning is a consultant to the State of Connecticut,
advising the state’s planning agencies on labor demand questions.  He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from
the University of Hamburg, Germany.
