Unacceptable Levels’s Ed Brown Comes to Earthplace June 13th

Award-winning Writer/Director of Chemicals Documentary Comes to Westport with Screening and Live Post-Film Q&A
This special event will be at Earthplace, The Nature Discovery Center at 10 Woodside Lane, Westport, CT 06880, Thursday, June 13th with a 6:00 reception and 7:00pm screening. 
As a broder environmental education series, the Town of Westport’s Green Task Force, along with Clean Water Action Connecticut, leads a coalition of organizations shining a spotlight on a film whose timely themes are of vital importance. 
Seating is limited. Tickets can be purchased at ww.bitly.com/UL_Earthplace. The reception is included in the ticket price and proceeds benefit Earthplace and Clean Water. This innovative documentary brings knowledge of daily chemical risks to the public and demonstrates the limitations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA ). Moreover, the film examines the separate avenues of exposure and chronicles the history of industrial chemicals and their regulation in the United States. Unacceptable Levels comes at a time of growing awareness of chemicals on human and environmental health and consumers are increasingly demanding safer products.
