Even if they had safety "belts" on as you…Read More claim.....those are not the appropraite fall protection devices that OSHA requires. They should be wearing FULL harnesses that criss-cross their backs (which you don't see in the photo) and around both thighs. If they were truly tied-off and fell from that height with just a safety "belt" on.....they would break their backs.
