Westport Young Woman’s League Installs New Executive Board

The Westport Young Woman’s League installed its new Executive Board and Board at its annual spring dinner in June.

“For over 50 years the Westport Young Woman’s League has been providing financial support and assistance to people in need in Fairfield County through our grants program and community service projects.  Especially now, people in our area are in need of help and I am so honored to be leading our efforts this year,” said Kristin LaFleur, newly installed president of the WYWL.

The WYWL is currently accepting applications for new members.  Membership is open to all women, 21 years of age and older who reside in Westport. The Westport Young Woman’s League is a non-profit philanthropic organization of women committed to promoting a sense of community through volunteerism, social activities and fundraising for local charities.
