Fairfield, CT, May 15, 2014– CrossFit SOSF is the next evolution of elite fitness combining the use of chiropractic technique and functional exercise. Our fitness program has been designed to improve your body’s physical ability across ten standards of fitness: cardio/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy.  Dr. Chris Skelton is a Chiropractic Physician, Level 1 CrossFit Trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, certified Functional Movement Specialist and avid CrossFit athlete who works with CrossFitters, exercise enthusiasts, and those who are new to the world of fitness.  He has an extensive background in fitness, health and wellness and has a passion for teaching, coaching, and inspiring.  He has designed this program to increase and enhance the function of everyday life through variability of workouts, mobility and nutritional counseling.
