Brick + Wood Restaurant Coming to Fairfield
New Neapolitan restaurant expected to open early this fall in the 1275 Post Road commercial complex.
A new Brick + Wood restaurant, featuring wood-fired pizza, Italian street foods and what the owners call "the area's first all tap wine service" -- 26 taps drawing wine from wood casks, is coming to Fairfield.
The Neapolitan restaurant is expected to open early this fall, according to the Connecticut Post, in the the 1275 Post Road commercial complex. The space was previously occupied by another Italian restaurant, Ponte Vecchio Trattoria. The new restaurant is being developed by members of the family that ran Ponte Vecchio.
