Some of Fairfield County’s finest landscape architects, nurseries and garden antiques dealers will create more than a dozen vignettes using the tranquil garden spaces, ponds and walkways of this three-acre property, once part of the spectacular George Hotel on the waterfront at St.Mary’s-By-the-Sea.
Vines & Vignettes 2011 invites visitors to spend the day strolling through the beautiful garden and terrace vignettes, enjoying wonderful food, wine tasting, live jazz and garden-related lectures. It will be a journey through the fall season, a celebration of harvest and holiday traditions, and a perfect opportunity to purchase that “special something” to take home.
