Longshore Golf Course Opens for Play This Saturday

The Longshore Men's Golf Association will host a course Clean-Up Day beginning at 9:15 a.m.

 

The Longshore Golf Course will open for play for the season on Saturday, weather permitting, according to a statement released by Parks & Recreation Director Stuart McCarthy.

The Longshore Men’s Golf Association will host a course Clean-Up Day beginning at 9:15 a.m. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a pair of work gloves and a rake if possible.

“The clean-up day gives the greens crew a great head start on getting the course in tip top condition,” McCarthy said. “The course will open for play on Saturday at the conclusion of the clean-up activities.”
