Philosophy of Taste, Food & Wine Pairing with Sommelier Amy Dixon
Please join us from noon-1:30pm on Thursday, April, 7th at the Westport Country Playhouse when Connections Public Relations & Special Events and the Westport Weston Chamber present First Thursdays. A special lunch prepared by Matsu Sushi paired with special wines chosen by Fairfield resident, Amy Dixon, an internationally recognized specialist in fine wines. 
Raffles will benefit the Lions Club, a local charity.

Make your reservations early because seating is limited. Matsu Sushi, overlooking Jesup Green and the tranquility of the Saugatuck River in Westport, CT offers some of the finest Japanese Cuisine and the freshnest sushi grade fish in Fairfield County.
