Westport GOP Campaign Headquarters Open House on Sunday, September 9th at 5:00 p.m.

Meet the Republican candidates at the Westport GOP Campaign HQ Open House on Sunday, September 9 at 5:00 p.m. at 251 Riverside Drive.

Westport voters will have a special opportunity on Sunday, September 9 to meet the Republican candidates seeking election in November.  Among those invited to attend are: U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon; candidate for U.S. Congress from CT’s 4th District, Steve Obsitnik; State Senator Toni Boucher; State Senator John McKinney; candidate for State Representative from the 136th District, Steve Rubin; and State Representative Gail Lavielle. The Open House will take place from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Westport Republican Campaign Headquarters located at 251 Riverside Avenue.  All voters are welcome to visit the HQ, join the candidates for refreshments, and discuss the challenges and opportunities ahead for Connecticut and the nation.

“This year’s elections are critical to the future of our state and our country,” noted Desiree Soli, Chairwoman of the Westport Republican Town Committee. “Our economy is weak, unemployment is high, and too many Americans remain out of work.  Voters want to hear from the candidates what they plan to do in office to help turn our nation around, and the Republican Headquarters Open House is a great chance to have an open dialog on the issues that matter most.”

The Westport Republican Campaign Headquarters Open House will be held Sunday, September 9 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. at the new Republican HQ, located at 251 Riverside Drive.
