Man Charged With DUI in Westport

26-year-old man was also operating under a suspended license.

Jonatan Ortiz, 26, of Norwalk, was charged with DUI, operating a vehicle under suspension, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device and failure to drive in the proper lane on September 14 at approximately 2:30 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically on Wilton Road in Westport. 

Ortiz was released on $1,000 bond and is schedule to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on September 24.
