Charles Vosgueritchian, 34, of Westport, was charged with first-degree harassment on Jan. 25 at approximately 1:19 a.m.
According to police, Vosgueritchian was involved in a domestic dispute with his parents and during a heated verbal argument, spit in his mother’s face.
Vosgueritchian was held on $500 bond and was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Jan. 27.
