Tiffany Saylor, 30, of Whitehall, PA, was charged with DUI and traveling unreasonably fast on Jan. 19 at approximately 2:13 a.m. after police observed her traveling at a high rate of speed and emitting a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage in Westport.
Saylor was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Jan. 27.
