The Hour: Westport Man Gets 7 Years for Design Scam
Shawn Mazzuca was arrested by Westport police in 2008 and was sentenced to prison Thursday.
A Westport man who accepted nearly $140,000 for a home improvement contract and failed to fulfill the contract was sentenced to prison Thursday in Norwalk Superior Court.
Shawn Mazzuca, 49, who was arrested in August 2008 by the Westport Police Department, was given a seven-year prison sentence, suspended after two years served and two years of probation. He must also pay restitution to the victim.
