Westport Man Arrested Via Warrant on Drug Charges

Westport Police reports for August 18-22

[Editor's note: The following arrest information was provided by the Westport Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.]

John Musor, 25, of Quarter Mile Road, was arrested via warrant and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation on August 19. Police said Musor turned himself in at Westport Police headquarters on three outstanding warrants. Police said the warrants were issued as part of an ongoing investigation whereby Musor allegedly sold narcotics to an undercover officer. Musor posted bond and is scheduled to appear in court on August 29.

David Weiss, 42, of West Parish Road was arrested via warrant and charged with strangulation, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor on August 20. Police said Weiss turned himself in on an active warrant for a domestic disturbance that occurred in June 2011 between himself and his wife where there was allegedly a physical altercation. He posted bond and is scheduled to appear in court on August 22.

Ain White, 19, of Bridgeport was arrested via warrant and charged with sixth degree larceny on August 18. Police said white turned herself in at Westport Police Department after learning of the warrant for her arrest. Police said White’s arrest stems from incidents that occurred over the past few months at the Goodwill Store, where she was employed as a cashier. White allegedly gave merchandise to customers for free and gave discounts to customers without authorization, totaling $192.00. White posted bond and is scheduled to appear in court on August 25.

Jessica Fiore, 23, of Fairfield was arrested via warrant and charged with failure to appear in court on August 19. According to police Fiore was taken to the Westport Police Department by a bondsman for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Police said the original charges were assault and disorderly conduct in relation to an incident that occurred in Bridgpeport. Fiore posted bond and is scheduled to appear in court on August 29.
