Woman Arrested for Throwing, Breaking Furniture

Teth Pickens, 18, also allegedly hung up the phone when someone else inside of the home attempted to call 911, according to police.

 

An 18 year-old Westport woman was arrested on Friday after she allegedly caused a disturbance at her home by throwing and breaking furniture, according to police.

Someone at the residence attempted to call 911 to complain about her behavior, but Teth Pickens of 124 Compo North Road hung up the phone, police said.

Pickens was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call and her bond was set at $500. She was arraigned at Norwalk Superior Court on Monday.
