Letter: McGovern, Smith and Kleine Smart Choice for Board of Ed

To the Editor,

I encourage all Westport voters to support Michael McGovern, Jeannie Smith and Karen Kleine for Board of Education on November 5. As a parent of children in the Westport schools, I want to ensure that we have dedicated and experienced leaders on the Board of Education to keep our schools strong now and in the future. I am confident that by electing the team of McGovern, Smith and Kleine, we will position our schools for excellence for this generation and the next.

With Michael McGovern's broad financial experience and years of service on the Board of Education, Jeannie Smith's background as an educator with a deep understanding of the school system, and Karen Kleine's dedication and service to our community, including serving as PTA President for both the Kings Highway School and Coleytown Middle School, this is a team with unmatched expertise. I am confident that electing McGovern, Smith and Kleine to the Board of Education is the smart choice for Westport's future.
