A Veterans Benefit Support Seminar will be held with Paula Azevedo, senior benefit counselor, Friday, April 2, 1:30-2:30pm. Azevedo will be on hand to assist veterans and their families in understanding the requirements and documentation needed in order to qualify for the V.A. long–term care pension, otherwise known as Aid and Attendance. Admission is free.
The seminar is designed to help veterans and their surviving spouses learn about ways they can pay for the cost of long term healthcare, including in–home care.
