Schools are graded on a scale of 1-100 and Westport’s cafeterias are inspected four times a year.
The lowest mark went to Bedford Elementary, which scored an 86 due to having partly due to having no written training records, put carrots on the plat without wearing gloves and improperly covering food. In the previous inspection in May 2010, the school scored a 100.
The rest of the schools scored a 93 or higher.
