Brief Description:

This is a fun family friendly event open to all ability levels. The swim is point to point at beautiful Compo Beach. The shorter bike and run courses are flat through the lovely Compo Beach neighborhood. The event is ideal for first time timers, and families wishing to race together. Awards for age group winners and post race party for everyone will be provided after the race.

Following the event join Kaia Yoga owner Stan Woodman and Kaia instructor Kathy King for cool down yoga. Relax into some slow, deep streches and help prevent post event aches and pains. Also learn more about how yoga can enhance your cardiorespritory fitness, increase muscle endurance and dramatically increase flexibility to prevent injury and relieve pain.

Directions:

From the south: 95 North, exit 18. Left off exit. Follow to the Post Rd (RT 1). Left on Rt 1. Follow approximately 1 mile and go left on South Compo (light, Peoples bank on right, Trader Joe's on left). Follow South Compo to the minuteman Statue. Go right at Minuteman and this will take you in to the beach. From the North: 95 Exit 18. Right off exit.....follow directions above

Additional Information:

1/2 mile swim, 5.5 bike, 2.2 run Race pack pick up will be available at 6:30 am the day of the race. Registration will be available space permitting. Parking is available in Compo Beach.
