As a lifelong learner, I bring a mix of education and experience to my new role as a contributor to the Westport Patch.  I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Mediator with an office in the beautiful, historic building at 3 Sylvan Road South in Westport. 

I specialize in working with couples and families dealing with challenges including marital conflict, divorce issues, communication problems and life transitions. It is a privilege for me to help people navigate the bumpy road of life.

I earned a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University and have been in private practice for over 10 years.

My family includes my husband, my four children and a Cavilier King Charles Spaniel.
