After torrential rain and heavy winds left roads flooded and branches scattered Tuesday night, many Westport residents are still without power.
383 CL&P customers in Westport, or about three percent of the 12,351 total customers in town, were without power as of 2:47 p.m., according to CL&P's website.
More than 2,800 CL&P customers in Westport were without power in the height of the storm.
