Westport police charged 47-year-old Marco Peixoto, of 70 Sylvan Road North, with disorderly conduct following an alleged domestic dispute where he caused property damage, according to an arrest report.
Police set a $1,000 bond for Peixoto following the January 20 dispute, but his bond was reduced by the bail commissioner to a promise to appear in Norwalk Superior Court, the arrest report states.
