Fairfield Man Arrested for DUI in Westport
The man was charged early Sunday morning, according to police.
arrested 23-year-old David Espanol, of 273 Papermill Lane, Fairfield, at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, according to police records.
Espanol was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, improper turn signal and failure to display plates, police said.
